at Westcity Waitakere
The past few months at WestCity have been full of activity, with plenty to celebrate across the centre. The centre’s Mother’s Day campaign was a standout, where 10 lucky mums were treated to an amazing prize pool, including a selection of very on-trend kitchen appliances.
It was a great way to give back and recognise the incredible mums within the local community. WestCity also recently completed a refreshed brand photoshoot and is looking forward to seeing this brought to life across its platforms and throughout the centre.
Little Westies – Baby sensory
WestCity’s Little Westies sessions take place on the first Tuesday of every month, offering a fun and engaging experience for children under five. Each session is designed to encourage learning through play, with a mix of music, movement and sensory activities that keep little ones entertained in a safe and welcoming environment.
It’s also an excellent opportunity for parents and caregivers to connect, relax and enjoy some time out while their children take part in the activities. To make the experience even more enjoyable, parents receive a complimentary coffee voucher at the end of each session — the perfect way to unwind after a morning of fun.
Westie Wanderers
WestCity’s Westie Wanderers walking group offers a welcoming way for the community to stay active and connected. Participants can register via the WestCity website to join, and enjoy a complimentary coffee at the end of each session. Regular attendees are also rewarded with a free Westie Wanderers group t-shirt, making it even more worthwhile to get involved.
July School Holidays
WestCity is gearing up for an exciting July school holiday activation, with something special in the works for families to enjoy. While details are still under wraps, it’s set to be a fun-filled experience for the community. Be sure to watch this space and keep an eye on WestCity’s website and social media channels for updates.

Bag Planet has officially landed at WestCity. Located on Level 2, the store offers a wide range of stylish and practical bags, from everyday essentials to travel-ready pieces. Whether customers are after a new handbag, backpack, or luggage upgrade, Bag Planet is the new go-to for function and fashion in one place.
