Meet Tracie Mattar

With more than 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tracie brings a wealth of experience and a diverse range of skills to her role at Business West. Her career has included Office Management, Property Management, Personal Assistance, New Business Development, Licensed Sales and Operations Management — giving her a great understanding of what makes a business tick and the importance of good systems and strong relationships.

At Business West, Tracie enjoys working closely with members and helping them get the most from their membership. She keeps member information and profiles up to date, works on membership offers and benefits, and looks for ways to create greater value and opportunities for local businesses.

Tracie is also the person behind much of the day-to-day digital side of Business West, maintaining the CRM, website, membership offers, events and sponsor assets. She enjoys making sure everything is current, connected and easy for both members and the wider business community to access.
