For Ehsaas Grover, the milestone marks both a personal achievement and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Ehsaas has completed her qualification and is now stepping forward to build her own client base and professional identity.
‘It feels great,’ she says. ‘Before, I was doing everything through Dad, which is a normal part of the learning process. Now I’m excited to step out, interact with clients, and build my own network.’
Working alongside her father, Vins Grover, has shaped her approach to the profession. She has seen firsthand the importance of empathy in financial advice.
‘I really try to put myself in people’s shoes,’ she explains. ‘I don’t want it to feel transactional. Whether someone wants to buy their first home, invest, or refinance, I want to understand their challenges and what they’re trying to achieve, then see how I can help.’
As a young professional herself, Ehsaas is passionate about supporting first-home buyers and younger clients who may assume property ownership is years away.
‘There’s a myth that you can only buy a home at a certain stage in life. Many young people have more potential than they realise; they just don’t know it yet.’
For Vins, seeing his daughter qualify has been a proud moment.
‘Ehsaas has worked incredibly hard for this,’ he says. ‘She genuinely cares about helping people succeed. I’m excited to see her build her own path in the industry.’
Despite working together, the pair maintains clear boundaries between business and family life, something Ehsaas says keeps both relationships strong.
Looking ahead, she hopes to establish a strong network and help many first-home buyers and investors across the line.
‘This next chapter is about independence,’ she says. ‘I’m excited to build my own connections. I feel like the world is mine.’
