Isabelle Stacey has called West Auckland home for the past ten years, both living and working in the community. Her career in finance has always been closely connected to the people and businesses around her, having started the MTF Finance Henderson franchise with her father in 2016. After taking on the management of the business in 2020, Isabelle became a co-owner in 2023 when her father retired.

Today, Isabelle is a Director and co-owner of MTF Finance Henderson, working with individuals and businesses to provide tailored finance solutions. The MTF philosophy of ‘locals helping locals’ is something Isabelle strongly values, and she enjoys being able to support the local community through the relationships she has built over the years.

With a passion for business and the community, Isabelle joined the Business West board to give back and play a part in supporting local businesses and the people behind them. She has been involved in business networking and leadership roles and is looking forward to bringing her experience, connections and perspective to the board.

Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys playing softball for two competitive teams, spending time with family and, when she gets the chance, getting stuck into a good book.
