Their fleet includes CCTV-equipped drain unblocking vans and five powerful vacuum trucks for everything from hydro excavation ( non destructive digging), septic tank emptying, stormwater maintenance, grease traps and everything in between! Certified drainlayers and apprentices also handle repairs and new installations throughout the region.

But Drain Ninjas isn’t just about what they do — it’s how they do it. “Communication is key,” says Sasha. “We let customers know when we’re arriving, if we’re running late, and we follow up every job with clear notes, photos, and invoices. It’s about respect and transparency.”
