
CREAMY MUSHROOMS

Serves: 2 – Time: Approx. 20mins
Ingredients
- 250g button mushrooms
- Tablespoon of aioli (heaped)
- Tablespoon of *Rocket Fuel Sauce
- Teaspoon of *White Miso Paste
- 150 ml of cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Roast mushroom in 180c fan oven for 15 minutes.
- Place cooked mushrooms and any cooking liquid into a sauce pan.
- Add all ingredients (aioli last)
- Reduce until thick and creamy, season to taste.
Serve
- The Alderman’s famous creamy mushrooms is served on Sourdough.
- They also offer as vegan option.
- This easy creamy mushroom dish is perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner, and can be made in quick time for a delicious vegetarian meal.
Alternatively, can be served with crispy middle bacon for those loving that combo.
