CREAMY MUSHROOMS

Serves: 2 – Time: Approx. 20mins

Ingredients

  • 250g button mushrooms 
  • Tablespoon of aioli (heaped) 
  • Tablespoon of *Rocket Fuel Sauce 
  • Teaspoon of *White Miso Paste 
  • 150 ml of cream 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation

  1. Roast mushroom in 180c fan oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Place cooked mushrooms and any cooking liquid into a sauce pan. 
  3. Add all ingredients (aioli last) 
  4. Reduce until thick and creamy, season to taste.

Serve

  • The Alderman’s famous creamy mushrooms is served on Sourdough.
  • They also offer as vegan option.
  • This easy creamy mushroom dish is perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner, and can be made in quick time for a delicious vegetarian meal.

Alternatively, can be served with crispy middle bacon for those loving that combo.
